Description
Have you ever wanted to rebuild the ruins in the hub? were you disappointed when you found out you couldn't build outside when you tried to build in the Hub? Do you just have a ton of Cats to throw away? If you answered yes to any of these questions then I have the mod for you!

With this mod you can speak to a mysterious 'Shadowy Figure' that is mentioned in the Holy Nation lore books. Turns out this bar hop happens to own this happy little town here and really wants to get rid of it, but he is really good at telling how many Cats you have. He will only speak to someone that has 1 million Cats.

Once you have purchased the town you will need to walk away until the town unloads. Typically I do this by walking to Squin then back. Just remember to recruit anyone that you want before buying the town. The people in the bar and the thieves tower will be gone when you return.

As with all Player Conquest mods you must walk away from the town till the game starts loading then come back. I personally walked to Squin during my tests. Also please do note that when Importing the buildings can sometimes switch over to nearby NPC towns. I am sorry about this but there is nothing I can do... If you want to complain please complain to Lo-Fi about this design oversight.

- Compatibility -
-This is compatible with mods that add buildings to the hub like the Hub Redux.

- Mods like Minor Factions Amplified that change the residents are compatible.

- Reactive World will be compatible. The town will go to whomever takes it first; The player or the Shek. You can't buy the town from the shek and the shek can't override your town.

- For any mods that add extra recruits: remember to recruit anyone that you want before buying the town! The people in the bar and the thieves tower will be gone when you return after buying.

Turns out having this installed was causing hobbs to be unrecruitable and several other npcs to use his lines

I had no other mods than the 256 recruits and the recruit prisoners.

After a restarted the game, the Hub gots messed up. I still own the buildings and can build in them but that's about it. I can no longer build stuff around the HUB. After I imported the game it got fixed a little ... up till I left and came back to the base, at witch point the same thing happened. Also, all of the NPC are back and are in the middle of the HUB. If I close the gates they start attacking it and then me.
I saved after buying the HUB and it destroyed 26 hours of gameplay. :steamthumbsdown:

Love the idea of this mod as The Hub really seems like the ideal spot for a player base, but based on the comments I've read it's going to be a skip for me, unfortunately. It seems like the base game just doesn't handle a player override of the hub for whatever reason and I don't want to deal with control reverting, duplicate buildings, etc.

run the bar? in the player version of the town? sorry can't be done. just like with the shinobi tower the moment the town becomes owned by the player all of the buildings lose functions such as being a bar/thieves. The best I can recommend is role playing as a bar by placing someone in there to sell things, keeping the bar stocked with 'bar items' and by keeping your idle characters sitting around in the building.

Can I just make a recommendation, could you mayhaps make it so you can actually run the bar.

@shyzle No there isn't. there is no means to keep them in a player town. the best I could do is make it so they stand in the middle of the hub without doing anything. sadly lo-fi never added a setting to let NPCs keep their AI setting when assigned to a player's town.
