Remove Vanilla City States (GK,BNW)

Description
This mod removes the city states which come with CIV 5 Vanille, GK and BNW. For playing just with city states added by mods.

This may also remove updated vanilla city states from Not Another City States Mod or other mods who update vanilla city states.

WARNING: If you load vanilla saves while this mod is active, it may remove your savegames city states. However, just loading the mod does not affect your saves.

Thank you so much, buddy.
I was so tired of having Panama, Riga, etc. breaking my immersion when playing with the elder scrolls pack (map and civs)

Start Civ V, Close it. Then Restart Steam, start Civ V again and it should work.

This won't pop up in the mod list for some reason when I boot up the game.
