FRAKKORP is proud to present its newest line of ships, the FRAKKORP - Thermocline Express.
This ship bridges the gap between our luxury yachts and cruise ships, offering its passengers many refreshing diversions suited to entertain our high end clientele during the long voyage to the many distant planets serviced by our transportation network.

Within the Thermocline Express you will find:

Peace and Mind:
Our onboard security division uses the most advanced equipment available to provide excellent guest safety and security.

Hull: We use only the finest hardened steel and high impact resistant windows when making the hull of our ship, it is capable of withstanding large amounts of damage

Air tight Bulkheads: The interior of this ship utilizes low visibility bulkheads designed to minimize decompression, limiting catastrophic atmosphere venting and preventing ship wide loss .

Internal Defense: The Thermocline Express is equipped with internal security sentry guns which can be activated during emergencies, preventing piracy and looting.

Intruder Alert System: Standard on all FRAKKORP CV and BA's, this feature makes up the bulk of the security department. Equipped with high end thermal, motion, CO2 exhalation and LiDar sensors the ships computer is capable of tracing the movements of ANY intruder (or guest) onboard and relay the location to security personnel.

Abandon ship Mode: In the event of catastrophic ship damage,this ship is equipped with an evacuation notice system and bays to house up to 4x FRAKKORP - Escape pods

When activated, slow flashing lights will visually alert passengers of Danger, LCD screens will activate throughout the ship to notify passengers of the nearest escape pods, the escape pod doors will automatically open to allow passengers to embark, and the escape pod exterior hatches will open.

Efficient Operations:
The Thermocline Express is designed to be as energy efficient as a large luxury transport can, without sacrificing crew or passenger comfort. On board there are a number of innovative technologies allowing for peak operation and efficiency.

Smart Lighting: The Thermocline Express is equipped with computer assisted smart lighting. Lights will only activate in the deck or specific room where crew or passengers are, saving on energy consumption.

Auxiliary Engines: This ship is designed to operate within all types of atmospheres in order to service planetary transport hubs situated on normally inaccessible planets. When operating in high gravity planets additional lift engines can be activated to allow the ship to remain aloft or real escape velocity, however during normal operation the additional lift engines should be left off to save on fuel.

"More Power!": When the need arises for additional power, the captain can order engineering to bring another generator online. When activated from the bridge, the engineering will receive notification via LCD communications, a warning light will activate and a standby generator will become active.

Efficient Ventilator layout : Ventilators are bulky, noisy, and sometimes dangerous, The Thermocline Express is designed to utilize an efficient ventilation system allowing efficient pressurization and oxygenation of the entire ships with only 4 ventilators.

Toggleable Gravity: Planets provide their own gravity for free and so do most star port, be sure to save fuel when visiting ports of call by deactivating the ships gravity generator.

Internal Repair / Service bays: This ship is equipped with service crawlways for use of the crew only. These areas allow the ships engineers to assess damage and wear on the ships various engines and implement repairs without having to stop the ship and perform repairs from the outside.

Ease of operation and Navigation
With advancements in heavy automation and computer controlled systems this ship features several enhancements allowing for easy operation and navigation both inside and outside of the ship.

Nav Lights: All FRAKKORP vessels comply with Port Authority and Maritime laws, onboard you will find a host of navigation marker lights which allow nearby ship traffic to quickly identify the Port or Starboard, Bow and Stern of a ship.
Exterior Lighting: The Thermocline Express is equipped with exterior lighting to allow for easy navigation in tight spaces and effortless docking maneuvers.

FRAKKORP Docking Buddy: Standard in most FRAKKORP Assets, the docking buddy is a computer controlled dock assist program which aids in hangar and flight deck operations. This system will detect incoming SVs or HVs and engage docking procedures by opening the hangar door and retracting the boarding ramp, engaging the guide lighting, as well as notifying the pilot when to enter the hangar and where to stop via green light / red light visual system.

Clearly identifiable access doors: our security department analysists insist that color coding the doors results in fewer unauthorized entries into sensitive areas, as such guests and crew can quickly identify whether they are allowed to enter through a door via color.

Guest Services:
Our design Bureau managed to fit a variety of popular services onboard this transport, allowing our passengers to relax and take their minds off of the long journey:

Full Medical Bay: This ship is equipped with a medical bay allowing almost every medical procedure to take place, from full body scanning and internal and external injury treatment to full body cloning. Fees for medical services will be automatically charged to passengers travel accounts, and liens applied when necessary.

Entertainment: On board is a host of entertainment options which include a multimedia library and reading room, Karaoke / comedy club, multiple lounges, a twin movie theater, general store, Casino, scenic balconies, and a night club.

Dining: This ship is equipped with several food options available at the nightclub, general store, juice bar, and upscale restaurant 'Our Mutual Friend'. Crew are not permitted to dine with staff and have their own cafeteria located in the aft of the ship.

Wellness and Spa: In an effort to provide a unique traveling experience to our passengers, the Thermocline express is equipped with a wellness and spa center. Inside is a 'Boosters N' Juice' counter serving up refreshing juices and vaccinations, an infrared sauna, changeroom, treatment room, and a large immersion tank offering popular liquids to immerse yourself in.

Accommodations: This ship is designed to accommodate many passengers for an extended travelling time, and is equipped with 8 spacious VIP cabins located conveniently near the Casino entrance, and 4 generic shared cabins located uncaringly somewhere in the back and out of sight.

Complimentary Repairs: Due to a strict no weapons policy inside the ship, we offer to repair our customers weapons while we store them safely. In addition to weapons and gear repairs the hangar is equipped to repair any dents and dings in our customers vehicles.
