new unit pack for GC and Custom Battles

New unit Horse Hewer Zombies, who descended from Horse Hewers.
They cost less now (300 recruitcosts instead of 350 and 90 upkeepcosts instead of 180)

They have additional attributes (scare everyone, immune to fear) and the ability screech now.

You can find them in Langobards unit roster, because they replace the Langobards Horse Hewers now. They are available for Sclavenian unit roster now, too, made for my Romanian mod
