Wayfarer armed freighter

Description
-Description---

Designed for use in the fringe sectors between civilized and anarchist space, the Wayfarer is armed sufficiently to deter small attacks. When faced with an attack it cannot outgun, the Wayfarer can eject its cargo module to gain enough speed to escape, saving the core ship and crew.

Mass: 671 tons

Cargo: 4 large containers, 8 small containers

Armament: 2 fixed rocket launchers, 3 gatling turrets, 5 mini turrets

will this be updated to suit new update ie arc furnaces are basic refineries now and LCD update

Looks very nice. Have you tested the preformance with full load? I presume having 3 cargo container and heavy plating in the back might be too much with "only" 2 big thrusters.

Excellent design. Nice and clean layout. Heavy armament. What do you wish for? A solar panel =) but thanks to the modular "antennas", that is a piece of cake in times of need. 10/10 design!
