The Welsh (Vanilla)

Description
This mod adds the Welsh Civilisation to Civ V (Vanilla).

Lead Wales as the last Welsh native Prince of Wales (or Tywysog Cymru), Owain Glyndwr!

See if you can replicate the Welsh industrial revolution using their unique trait 'Old Land of my Fathers' giving the Welsh a production boost from the start!

Build their unique building, the Coal Mine, increasing production at reduced cost in place of the Factory and defend your realm with the mighty Welsh Billman in place of the Pikeman.

City names and Civilopedia entries adapted too, so...
