Description
Elix Skipper graduated from the WCW Power Plant in 2000 and despite being an American, joined Team Canada not long after his WCW debut. Skipper was given the Cruiserweight Championship by Lance Storm, and the title was renamed temporarily as the 100 Kilos and Under Title.

Skipper won the inaugural WCW Cruiserweight Championship with Kid Romeo at Greed in March 2001, and lost the titles to Rey Mysterio and Kidman a week later on the final Nitro.

Skipper took part in the Invasion of WWF, but did not resurface there after being sent to develop in the Heartland Wrestling Association.

Skipper then spent the next several years working for TNA as part of the X-Division. He won the World X Cup as a member of Team USA and held the NWA World Tag Team Championship four times before leaving TNA in 2008.
