Tiger I (Cement Truck in l4d1)

Description
Quote:

The Tiger I is a German heavy tank of World War II deployed from 1942 in Africa and Europe, usually in independent heavy tank battalions. Its final designation was Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf. E often shortened to Tiger. The Tiger I gave the Wehrmacht its first armoured fighting vehicle that mounted the 8.8 cm KwK 36 gun (not to be confused with the 8.8 cm Flak 36). 1,347 were built between August 1942 and August 1944. After August 1944, production of the Tiger I was phased out in favour of the Tiger II.

The tank was given its nickname "Tiger" by Ferdinand Porsche, and the Roman numeral was added after the later Tiger II entered production. The initial designation was Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausführung H (‘‘Panzer VI version H’’, abbreviated PzKpfw VI Ausf. H) where 'H' denoted Henschel as the designer/manufacturer. It was classified with ordnance inventory designation Sd.Kfz. 182. The tank was later re-designated as PzKpfw VI Ausf. E in March 1943, with ordnance inventory designation Sd.Kfz. 181.

Today, only seven Tiger I tanks survive in museums and private collections worldwide. The Tiger 131 at the UK's Tank Museum, which was captured during the North Africa Campaign, is currently the only one restored to running order.

Replace Cement Truck in campaign 'The Sacrifice' in L4D1.

Features model from Day of Infamy

Known issue so far

1 The collision model ( defines the location of physics smd file, enable interaction with surroundings) and the
reference model don't overlap 100 %.Beside, the reference model(the one you actually see in game scene)
goes stray to the original cement truck position.

In a nutshell, you can partially 'walk through' the tank body, might get stuck so better don't try.And there might be an air wall around the tank, but both of them are not too severe.

Plus, you can climb up along with the front of the barrel, just try to find a spot near there and push 'W' then you're up.It's similar to what it'd be in original game scene.

2 You can no longer climb up to the tower platform near the cement pileup, which is a result of the above change.

But ,generally speaking, those are bearable. If you got real annoyed with these disadvantages, then don't subscribe or just unsubscribe it.

And finally...my apology for multiple dim explanation and statement above
Hope these work fine in game.

Nothing would change. The Tiger II was practically useless because of it's huge fuel consumption and weak gears.

Only 1 Tiger Tank Still Drives and that engine was taken from a Tiger II which lives in a
