Description
Increases the minimum distance between cities from 3 tiles to 4 tiles.

Compatible with GS.

I like the feel of city distance 4, but wonder if it's possible to have city distance 4 between players and a distance of 3 near city states (since they don't grow as fast)

@mightymouse, you can change the number of city-states in the game setup under advanced settings

Can you modify this so it doesn't apply to city-states? Otherwise they will completely dominate the map...

It works for me. Also between 4,5,6, 4 seems about just right in my experience
