Description
This mod adds the Chinese Kingdom of Wuyue led by Qian Liu to Sid Meier's Civilization V.
Note: This civilization has been optimized to use with JFDLC (see Links section for more information on the JFDLC mod). However, the civilization will be fully functional without it.

For full support, please see the Civfanatics Homepage[forums.civfanatics.com].

Direct

In the past I have either provided a direct download option through Dropbox or Drive, or recommended using SteamWorkshopDownloader[steamworkshopdownloader.com]. However, the former has the disadvantage that it requires me to keep the direct download version of the mod up-to-date, which is unnecessarily inconvenient, and the latter is unstable and often not functioning. Thus if you need to download this mod directly, let me know and I will provide a link.
Supported Mods

This mod should be compatible with all the listed mods. Do note that JFD has collected his mods into a expansion-sized mod - the JFDLC - and support is for this rather than for the individual outdated mods is prioritised.

Kinda thought "Sea"wall was pretty self explanatory.

To clear out any potential confusion, yes the Seawall can only be constructed in Coastal Cities.

It only says it will provide/claim those things if available. Doesn't inherently mean that it can only be built near those things.

"In addition to the effects of the workshop, the seawall provides +3 city strength, +1 production, and +2 culture from SEA resources. Upon construction claims a number of COASTAL tiles if any are available, the seawall requires wall to be built"

The mod does specify in the description, he just didn't read and looks kinda dumb for it now.

Tell that to the Atlanteans and Mole... Persons.

@Kreg
Well, the mod itself doesn't specify that it can only be build on coastal cities and replaces a building that doesn't have any requirements so it was a perfectly valid question.

The potential downside should probably be noted in the description.

@tmxk

Isn't that quite obvious...? Can you build solar panel underground? Can you build city walls under the sea? Dumbest question of the year tbh..

Seawall can only be built in coastal cities when I play as Wuyue. Is it on purpose?
