If you have CSS mounted and purchased, great. If not, get both the map assets and game assets from the gmod content website. You can find it somewhere. Follow its install tutorial (which is literally just dumping said folders into the addons folder.)
Anyway, next step is to download the fixes. [b[ Put them in the corresponding "model" and "material" folders in the CSS asset pack, not the map one. [/b] Load up the map, open console, type mat_specular_0 (removes the buggy reflections) and you should be good.
