You need the Gathering Storm DLC.
Unload the previous version of this mod before you use it.

[Unique Unit]
Amelia Black - Railroad Worker:
Replace Military Engineer. Have more charges, and can build more kinds of Improvements.

Huang Jian - Fuchuan:
Replace Frigate. Can protect traders in 4 tiles from being Plundered.

[Leader Trait]
Amelia Black - Steel Falcon:
Gain 3 Iron and Coal resource every turn.
Every District can provide +1 Gold.
When a trade route founded, all cities' construction progress +10%.
Gain Railroad Worker unique unit.

Huang Jian - Treasure Fleet:
+30% Gold, Production and +10 Loyalty in cities not on your original Capital's continent.
Trade Routes between multiple continents receive +5 Gold and Production.
+50% Production when building wonders in cities not on your original Capital's continent.
When a trade route founded, gain Science and Culture as proportional as researched technologies and civics.
Gain Fuchuan Ship unique unit.

Now Support English and Chinese.

Note: Traders in the late-game are constantly giving you production boosts across your empire. Very useful.

Just played a bit with this civ. It's excellently designed. Far better bonus than Teddy has. Rather than just giving you a boost to normal processes, it allows you to move all of your units around at top speed from the moment you first begin purchasing Railroad Workers (M.Engineers.) Even outside your nation, you're getting gold bonuses for improving the tiles of your trading partners, which can then be turned against them should you decide to conquer them with what are now high-speed soldier rushes. It's an excellent bonus, and allows you to get an edge in almost any scenario. 10/10. Keeping this one.
