Dual Regulated Power Supply 120v AC, 60Hz To + - 12v DC

Description
Simulated Dual Power Supply with Center Tapped Transformer.
There is an Issue with the Power back up again with the Toggle Switch.

If you wait 10 Seconds or more it will not turn back On.
Has been reported to the Dev's to see what's wrong?

Sometimes if you turn off the switch at just the right time, all the diodes explode! Scared the crap out of me XD
