Cutebound Hylotl

Description
This is a standalone mod that enables hylotl anime-like faces&hairstyles from "Make the Universe A Cuter Place", by Barb-tan and HDoomGuy.
This mod compatible with any mod that doesn't affect hylotl head and emotes.

This might be a weird request, but I want to be able to play as the original hylotl while still using the cutebound mod
