City Planning Placement Fix

Description
Makes it so structures in the city planning tab don't snap to the wall grid anymore. You can also choose how close you can place lamp posts to other stuff.

Hello Penny, I have a solution for the incompatibility of lawnornaments with geometric placement, here is the code: https://pastebin.com/vCk75Vur

I was like crazy looking for a mod like this. Best mod hands down!
It was really bothering me not being able to build centered lamp posts

it should! Don't Starve hasn't received any significant updates since I published this mod so nothing should have changed. if you encounter any issues do report them tho, I'm still planning to actively support this mod

geometric placement doesn't support some city planning recipes for some reason. if you try placing one of the plants without my mod but with geo enabled, the geometric grid won't activate no matter what, but the plant still snaps to the wall grid as intended by the game.

so yeah it's an issue with geometric placement, I'd try to fix it if I was familiar with geo at all

Hi Hob, i used this mod recently, it works perfectly with lampposts, but like other decorations / grass bushes, it remains as in free mode without geographic positioning. Do you know why this happens?
