A16 Concept - Eagle SKL

A16 Concept car also known as Eagle SKL is one off build by a collection of sixteen engineers from many different car company's.

The Eagle SKL chassis is made from aircraft grade carbon fiber polymer composite allowing for stiff and light car but giving enough strength to hold the thirsty and powerful V10 from the house of the Dodge Viper performance division ,with car weighing in at 1000KG and delivering close to 700 hp makes for monster

The body is made from Markrolon GP Polycarbonate ABS plastics which is used in aircraft industry but despite beaning made from plastic car still manages a four star ancap rating due to its outstanding occupant safety with longer cabin designed to adsorb high speed impacts and allow for engine push back.

Car did receive a loss of safety points due to poor pedestrian protection and seating position of rear passengers.

Car styling also received negative reviews due to claims of poor aerodynamics with spokes person stating we still have yet to put this through wind tunnel.

Car has a large array of technology features everything from Android auto and Google play to real time track data even touch screen climate controls for rear occupants, AEB and FCWS and much more.

Cars drive-train is from Viper GTS but it has a wider wheel track than a Viper this has both good and bad effects with some test drivers reported poor turn in resulting in understeer despite this, drivers reported good handling characteristics at high speeds.

It also got negative feedback over its lack of everyday suitability with spokes person stating the car was not designed with daily commute in mind.

Car managed to set a time at the Nurburgring of 10.36.456 after two failed attempts once to server overheating and one very embarrassing issue of car running out of fuel due to extremely small fuel tank.

Car remains a concept and will most likely never see production but maybe it is small look into the future of super cars
