The gloo building apparatus ( It's based of the gloo gun from prey )

needs half life 2 epsoide 2
so I made this mod because I bean replaying pray recently and I thought this gloo gun would be good to have gmod because:

A: it freezes enemies allowing you to stare them in the eyes as you kill them with a crowbar and this is the best thing to do on players because it makes them mad when you stun them and just wack them to death with a crowbar.

B: it's fun to build to get to places

also ever player can use 80 gloo blobs and no more and if you click secondary button you can get all the gloo blobs back
