HSCT_7 High Speed Civilian Transport

Description
This is the HSCT_7, a very fast transport unit primarily used to transport people. It maxes out at about 20 knots on the water and has seating for 21 passengers and beds for 2 crew. Also, the windows for the passengers fit flush with the hull and you can kinda see underwater.
