Yep, fixed all the textures (comment if I missed any) on all the hats and imported them all*. Enjoy!

Pyro in Chinatown doesn't seem to want to work with any colour whatsoever? Any explanation or ideas on how to fix it?

The Pyro In China Town is completely white. It glows but it's white. I'm new to SFM and the tutorial I watched ended up not helping. Can someone tell me how to paint it, I'm trying to get it purple.
