No Local Populace Corruption - Light Edition

Description
This mod removes 'local populace' from regions, making it easier to manage the conversion of a province to a faction's preferred corruption.

This is a light version, with a milder version (+1 vs +3) of the passive bonus from the original.

Steam destroyed my original description so I will add a better one shortly.

I think it should work with SFO. Looking at the tables nothing seems to be over written.

KMM is not a requirement.

Whether or not this mod works with Radious and SFO I can't say as I don't play with either, but seeing as they're both large game overhauls, it's not surprising if it doesn't.

Update "Silence and Fury" - mod works (Use KMM).
Does not work with "Radius" and "SFO".

Updated for The Silence & The Fury. There were no new regions added in this game update.

Super cool mod - the mechanic of corruption becomes truly important ... in fact, in the vanilla version of the game, it really is ...
