Ported map from Kuma Wars (Vietnam/WW2)

There are a few missing textures, but you will probably not notice them. Since this game is 12+ years old I couldn't find any materials to patch these with. Sorry!

@some tankie, he did it as some additional map props but I dont like them to be honesy, which also goes as a message to the author to possibly remove them
