Convert Plastic Bag

Description
You can convert a plastic bag into a garbage bag, or a garbage bag into a plastic bag.

Plastic Bag * 2 => Garbage Bag
Garbage Bag * 1 => Plastic Bag

The reason for making this inefficient is to balance the game.
The original Plastic bag is an item that cannot be used. It comes out more often than Garbage bags.
Based on the survival difficulty, the default setting alone can produce enough rain barrels.
I just made this mode because I was questioning not being able to use Plastic bags. In rare cases, zombie paper bags contain large amounts of Plastic bags (may be due to the influence of mods). At first, I tried to make five Plastic bags into one Garbage bag.
In fact, I didn't want to put in the recipe for making Garbage bags into Plastic bags at first, but in hydrocraft mode, there are only a few recipes that use Plastic bags.

something wrong, I think developers deleted (Plastic bag), because I got error message, and I can't convert from garbage bag to plastic, when I go to crafting menu I didn't see plastic bag icon.

Thanks, since I have looted around 40 or more houses but I only found 1 trash bag and 10203912i84238192349 plastic bags this mod is a saviour and to be honest it makes sense there is no diffrence with a plastic bag or a trash bag.(The only diffrence is the size so it is not less "realistic" like ministefan said since both are plastic and water can't just disapear trough it.)

@Psylem Well, I didn't know there would be anyone using that item because I don't use it. I wrote it down too concisely. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding. "Can't be use" doesn't mean you can't use it on the system. It means you can't use it to make Rain Barrel, and it also means that Plastic Bag is not used very much. But that's not what matters in this mode, is it?

@Psylem I think the notions is exactly what you said; the plastic bag is useful for about 5 minutes at the beginning of the game, and thereafter can't really be used for much. (That is, its only use as a container is done far better by other containers which you have access to.) This mod enables the plastic bags to be converted for use in rain collector barrels.

I don't understand, plastic bag is useful for carrying items for about 5 minutes at the beginning of the game until you find a better bag. Why do you say it can't be used?
