=============
Home Equity Mod
by: M7.
-------------

Earn Gold from the Equity in your Skyrim Houses! (From 200 gold to 900 gold).
Read this document once a day and wait 24 hours to be paid from the Equity in your own home. Only applies to "vanilla" Skyrim Houses - Breezehome, Honeyside, Hjerim, Vindrel Hall & Proudspire Manor. You must have each Houses' Key on your inventory. The document can be purchased for 10 gold from any Forge, Smelter, Cooking pot, or Tanning Rack, or found in a Strongbox in Dragonsreach or the Blue Palace in Solitude. NO DLC.

This is not a spell and won't repeat more than once per house owned. The Equity is the value of ownership, much like a Share of Stock; not the value of the house itself. So Breezehome earns 200 gold per day, and Proudspire Manor earns 900 gold per day, the others are in between those amounts.

it's possible to add them to the loot each NPC carries or as a death item. Most leveled NPCs fire standard arrows. Good idea though for immersion.

cool, an idea i always wanted to make in skyrim but could never do was add more rusty arrows to the game, i wanted to make it that bandits, skeleton archers, dragur, hunters and maybe forsworn will carry rusty arrows and use them

if you want to do the mod great, if not thanks anyway
