William Regal

Before he was NXT's General Manager, William Regal was a menacing brawler and technician who got his start in the US in 1993 after spending nearly a decade working in Europe.

Then known as Steven Regal, he joined up with Bobby Eaton and Dave Taylor as The Blue Bloods.

Regal bounced back and forth between WWF and WCW, but made his biggest impact coming back to WWF just before the Invasion angle. Regal served as the WWF Commissioner, but eventually defected to The Alliance. Regal stayed on in WWF after the Invasion, and captured the Intercontinental Title twice, the European Title four times, and the Hardcore Title five times. He became a multiple-time tag team champion with his Un-Americans stablemate Lance Storm in addition to winning with Eugene and Tajiri. Regal won the 2008 King of the Ring.
