Still, you might try to fix quiver's flying behind the character somehow.
in the launcher there's a button named "steam workshop", that lists downloaded mods.
you should be able to activate it that way :)
don't know why it would have stopped installing correctly though :(
(stupid question, but you checked the file in the Enderal launcher?)
And I want to say: quivers in your mod is too far from character's back.
I just use animation files from your mod and model files from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7716
it should install like any other workshop mod, with subscribe;
if it doesn't there's something wrong :(
and the nexusmods version should work with a manager
