Whoa Slow Down Engineer!

Description
Quick mod, to slow down the engineer a little, while in sprint running walking and jetpack, plus some other adjustments

walking, running, and sprinting speeds are now half way between the old vanilla speeds, and the recently changed vanilla speeds, so they are now, 2.5, 5, and 8 respectively.

jetpack thrust has been dropped a touch, from 3200 to 3000, new code is now in the game for varying jetpack thruster acceleration when first pressing a direction, so accidental deaths are already less likely :)

not compatible with other character/suit mods

the jetpack can be made to not work well on planets, but not able to just prevent it from being turned on....

is it maybe possieble to have a mod that disables the jetpack in gravity? so it only works in space ? (not talking about to reduce the thrust....the jetpack should not be turn on at all in gravity)
