Did you just build your shiny new battleship that took 2 years to build?

In those 2 years that you were building your battleship, while it was still under construction, you finished a new turret, that for reasons you could not explain, you could not slap that puppy on the battleship that, wait for it, is still under construction. So, you wait until it finishes then decide to refit the ship. Behold! It will take another 2 YEARS to refit new turrets, the entire time it took to build a battleship from nothing.

This mod reduces the cost of all ship modules (except engine refits) by 50%, for faster upgrading and less waiting around.

as note as of Götterdämmerung this mod broke, currently, when active, it removes all dual purpose guns as well as tech 3 and 4 secondaries of bigger ships.

@magni yeah but read the description. it does happen irl allt he time. if you have a ship being built starting in 1939 and its finsihed in 41, it would make sense that they dont arm it with '39 edition guns, and use the imporved ones

this is major quality of life for navy. I like the man the guns navy as it is super in depth but it has drawbacks
