I updated this with diesel electrics and it goes over 20 knots now...tidying stuff up on it now.
If @Frantic allows it I'll upload it to the workshop once its done

I think I was the problem all along, I'm pretty sure I was just working the clutch like an idiot:P I'm sorry for the inconvenience and thanks a ton for your help never the less:)
