These are not my models / materials / sounds, all credit goes to the developer artists who made these beautiful art assets as well as the developers of the tools used to make this mod.

Replaces theM60/MMG/Useless with a US Military spec FN M249 Squad Automatic Weapon, equipped with an M145 Machine Gun Optic, and a black AN/PEQ-15 on Twilight Sparkle's ported CS:GO M249 animations. Also includes custom firing sounds.

The FN Minimi light machine gun was adopted by the United States Armed Forces in the 1980s to replace the unreliable and aged M60 with something a lot lighter and easier to handle. To this day it remains a common sight in arsenals around the world, but is falling out of favour in some instances due to it's questionable accuracy. Still, the ability to spit hundreds of rounds towards bad guys is welcome to any automatic rifleman.

The model comes from Squad, my favourite game. It's an awesome, realistic FPS with immersive gameplay, a friendly and productive community, constant content updates, a fantastic dev team, and great graphics to boot. Where is the File in the .VPK that controls the Reload Animation Speed of this Weapon? I want to Edit it to speed it up to match the actual reload value of the M60 Weapon in the Original Left 4 Dead 2. So the Reload Animation of this M60 Mod matches the time it takes to reload the weapon and the magazine is loaded and then you can start firing bullets. I want to try to get it to match exactly that. I will give credit to the original Authors and anyone who contributed to the work if I can manage to pull it off, thanks in advance! :hearts:

And about the Squad stuff, just thought i'd suggest something. Seeing as we don't have that many high quality 74M's in here, even less PKP's ( just one with some ak anims iirc ) And Squad's are just so dang good. Do your thing at your own time i guess.

What you said isn't really far off from the current reality tho, anything that isn't anime related doesn't even last 3 or 5 days on the front pages anymore. Worst of all is that they just keep pumping that shit out like madmen now. It's getting irritating.
