Commander Meouch

Description
Commander Meouch is the bassist of the Canadian band TWRP. He's a former space pirate, known for smuggling funk to "historically square" parts of the universe.

I wanted to emphasize his more lion-like traits in his fighting style, so his moveset is pretty heavy and hard-hitting, as if he's trying to maul his opponents.

Just one outfit this time around, but he's got custom logic. His entrance theme is rock_n_roll_best_friends.mp3. Requires the NJPW DLC. Enjoy!
