Lord Phobos

Description
Lord Phobos is the lead guitarist of the Canadian band TWRP. He's a bit of an enigma, having taken a vow of silence after the destruction of his home planet (by bandmate Commander Meouch).

Phobos has been described as a "rocketeer", so I used that as my inspiration for his moveset. As such, he's the most agile of the band in Fire Pro, using a lot of quick attacks and high-flying moves.

Just one outfit this time around, but he comes with custom logic. His entrance theme is rock_n_roll_best_friends.mp3. Requires the NJPW DLC. Enjoy!
