Rail tracks as stops 1.0

Description
Adds a piece of rail track as a dummy station, including a tunnel and bridge version.
This can be used to create a switchback (or zig zag) lines up a mountain or an extra stop after last station on a line so it can move to an other terminal before starting the return journey. They can be found in the cargo station section as that is the less used one.

Features:
* Track type selection.
* Bridge type selection (bridge version).
* Common API support.

@Leo Gris, I have no plans in those directions. Just use multiple stops if you have more than one track. And this really was mend as a dummy stop where no cargo can be shipped to or from, which is the only use for those added roads.

@rb58nl it is different in that it has tunnel (underground) and bridge (elevated) versions and includes Common API support. But if you don't need or care for that there is no difference.

Do u have plans to create road and more then one track like in mod "Spitzkehre mit Straße"? Or this makes no sense becouse both this mods work similarly?

Cool, these are like the zigzag mod but more flexible.
