CS:S is installed and theres missing textures

I ran a 2:43.798 in my GT2000 and a 2:36.858 in my 928 GTS. Both are heavily modified simfphys (Diggercars). Both my runs were pretty rough, will try for a few more tonight and get results to y'all.
