Fixed version of deathrun_pool_final. I don't take credit for the original map.

Changes include:
-Added afk killer that actually works that triggers 90 seconds after round start
-Fixed gamebreaking exploit where runners can get into the deaths' area and vice versa
-Fixed a trap where when you try to climb a ladder, it breaks and you die
-Fixed a leak
-Fixed bhop ending
