Fixed version of deathrun_olympian. I take no credit for the original map.

Changes in this version include:
-Fixed jumping over traps
-Fixed an exploit where runners can get into the deaths' area, and vice versa
-Replaced button icons with vanilla hl2 icons, instead of hl2 episode 1, which isn't as common
-Fixed an exploit where you can get out of the playable area in the area after the first teleport
