Vanguard Corvette

Description
The Vanguard is my first (reasonably priced) ship that can reliably beat early game Godly vehicles. The Vanguard was made originally to defeat the DWG, but after going through 3 main versions and a retrofit before I was relatively happy with the design, it can now beat some OW and WF vehicles.

Cost: 243903 resource

Strengths:
Double layer shields block kinetic and fragment APS.
Small LAMS that can take out missile swarms and small-medium CRAM volleys.
Thick hull armour (with sloped air gaps) stops most shells from affecting vital components.
Detection spoofing (small oddly placed ammo, radar buoys and flares).
Underwater LAMS sometimes does stuff.

Weapons:
High agility missile swarm can reliably kill fast aircraft.
Two torpedo arrays to kill underwater targets.
Two 223mm HESH cannons.
Eight simple LASERs to help sometimes.

Weaknesses:
Disrupter Conduit and Smoke APS.
All energy weapons.
Torpedos.
Massive CRAM volleys

Power:
Lots of steam engines (mostly for electricity).
A Redline fuel engine (Irelan’s i think).
Electric engines (with some RTGs).

Notes:
I don’t know if this would be classed as a corvette or destroyer, please correct me if i am wrong.
