Lucien - Moon And Star Patch

Description
A patch to add over 70 new lines to my custom-voiced follower, Lucien, for use alongside GanXingba's Moon and Star mod. With this patch installed, Lucien will comment on Moon and Star's entire questline, as well as its locations and enemies, increasing immersion and expanding on the mod's lore.

Please note: I am not the author of Moon and Star, and am unable to provide support for that mod. Obviously, this patch requires both Lucien and Moon and Star in order to work.
