Keep Up, Buddy!

This mod raises the maximum athleticism level of most animals so that they'll be able to keep up with your squad, but retains their original minimum values so that they're still slow to start with. Generally best if used alongside some sort of taming mod or a gamestart mod that includes an animal like Shidan's “A Guy and His Gutter” mod.

I tried to keep “larger” creatures at the slowest humanoid value of 110 (Skeleton/Shek max speed).
Values below refer to maximum possible athletics level:

• Beak Thing - 170 | Unchanged, as they're already significantly faster than all playable races.
• Black Gorillo - 110
• Bonedog - 140 | I felt like bonedogs were far too slow for being, you know, DOGS. So now they're as fast as a hive prince/drone.
• Boneyard Dog - 145 | These were already way faster than normal bone dogs, so I thought it appropriate to keep the trend so they didn't fall behind their inferior brethren.
• Bull - 130 | Unchanged, seems fine to me.
• Cage Beast - 50 | Unchanged for now, I don't know enough about them to make a judgement.
• Crab - 100 | Significantly increased, but 10 athletics slower than slowest race, since they're so powerful and, well.. They're crabs. Not exactly known for being fast.
• Garru - 130 | Unchanged
• Goat - 120
• Gorillo - 110
• Land Bat - 75 | Unchanged
• Leviathan - 40 | Unchanged


For reference, Skeletons/Shek max out at 110, Greenlanders/Scorchlanders/Hive Soldiers max out at 120, and Hive Prince/Hive Drone max out at 140.
