Z-Tech Quantum is the upgraded police version from the stock Z-Tech Quanta.

Based on the car featured prominently in Cyberpunk 2077 named the Quadra V-Tech, which in itself is based on various 80s supercars.

This covers speed to catch even the fastest bad guys.
