Vas's Modded Spawn Vehicles

Description
I created a version of my spawn vehicles that uses two mods. This one uses long range ore detectors and compact tanks.

You get a nice little power graph on your vehicle, the script updates the graph every 20 seconds. Your LCD turns off when you are out of range to conserve both power and processing power.

The space version of the vehicle has no wheels, they are replaced with thrusters to move in each direction.

The long range ore detector is because you can barely detect ores on a planet when driving around. I might edit this later on to switch to a lower version.

As a bonus, the vehicle spawns with tools inside so you don't need "spawn with tools" enabled in your server. It comes with a few sets in case you lose one or have friends join you at your spawn beacon.

Modless version: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1673499318

Do let me know what you think though!

Just the original, I'll be updating these soon with my own version of the ore detectors. I've just been waiting for some assistance with a script.

Does this work with your version of the long-range ore detectors or just the original mod?

In case you'd like to explore it.
It's NOT made for balance or to look pretty, just functionality.

Yea, I did find that a little bothersome, but its very easy to upgrade to the larger assembler after that, you barely need to do anything. Just construct some more computers and a few more mats. Think of it like this, the larger one has more room for materials to pass through, but the smaller one sacrifices that to be compact. I can't help it though, I think about things in a logical manner. :P

But only 1 access point...

But theres already a 1 block assembler, its called the Basic Assembler. It just doesn't have upgrade nodes. There's even the Survival Kit which has assembler code with it too.

Btw, i'm currently working on my own mod too, first one at that. it's very basic, but i intend to try and keep it up to date with SE for a long time to come.
The principles of the mod is simple, but i hit a snag.

Been trying to enlist the HELP as a guide from the modding community, but most modders are either busy or simply ignores me.

In short:
Made a custom 1x1x1 Assembler using the Large Ship Small Container, but it will not recieve input from Module upgraders.

Most information i could pry from other modders is; the it is handled by the MODEL, not the .sbc files.
So been trying to google and other options, trying to figure out how the heck i do that, but there is actually not a single guide to help me.

Once i have figured out how to do this, i think i'll make a guide on how to do this for future people, as well as releasing my mod :D

I've already replaced with something better. :P But I'll leave that a surprise for now.

If ya gonna keep the front, please check my mini review for possible upgrades that will be very helpful.

They replace the original spawn vehicles that come with the game, because those vehicles all sucked balls. I'm working on an update that will dynamically adjust wheel strength based on the planet you spawn on too so hopefully this works out and I can make a better vehicle for all.
