Description
This a commissioned asset retexture done by 220Hertz for my Cannon Cape series. The original asset can be found here.

Slightly rescaled for optimal fit with the other buildings I'm using.

This is a basic growable featuring the cedar shingle siding common in coastal and alpine areas.

Low tris, custom LOD, and no props so you can decorate to your liking :)

Don't mind the silly names I give these, I just needed a way to keep track of the files.

Your entire set of homes is beautiful, and I agree that I like the simplicity and the clean look of the lots.

these are gorgeous! i like the "simplicity" (you can decorate them yourself read the desc?) leaves my high value low pop areas looking very clean. thanks! :)

Your assets are to "plain" for me, needs something extra to liven them up.
