Rock Hard Pill

Description
Adds a pill called "Rock Hard", which gives the Gnawed Leaf effect, turning Isaac into an invincible statue until he makes another move.

There is now an expanded version of this mod that adds 8 more pills.

v no it gives you the 'gnawed leaf' effect where whenever you stand still you become invincible after a second, which at the very least has more use than being stuck no 1 - 2 seconds and able to take damage. Seems like the perfect counter part to the Paralysis pill to me :lunar2019laughingpig:
