Robert Garcia from the Art of Fighting/King of Fighter series.

Son of a famed businessman, Robert Garcia ran away from his family to join with the Kyokugenryu Dojo. Forming a lifelong friendship with the heir of the dojo, Ryo Sakazaki, Robert would end up as one of the top guys of the Kyokugenryu fighting style alongside the Sakazaki family, and as such, has almost always represented them in the long-running King of Fighters tournament.

In stark contrast to the Sakazaki's lower socio-economic way of living, Robert himself is a rich successful businessman. His fighting style is almost the polar opposite from Ryo's fighting style; whereas Ryo often utilizes a no-nonsense fighting style focused on punches, Robert utilizes a flashy kick-based fighting style that has undergone multiple reworks and reinventions.
