I can confirm this game originally came with a mouse and mousepad, as I still have mine. This was Sega's answer to Mario Paint.

No, I had this game back in the day and the only controller I even remember using was the original fatboy and the standard smaller one that came later. I've actually always been curious about that mouse, seeing as this was a christmas gift or something and I know we must have had it.
