Fallout - Vault 4 Survivors - Bill

While he may be getting up there in age, Bill has certainly cracked down on enough unruly vault dwellers, fiends, ghouls, legion, and commies alike to show that not only is he still full of fight, but Vault Security takes their job very seriously. So seriously in fact, that he deliberately arms himself to accompany the other three survivors of Vault 4 out into the perils of the radiation-blasted sands of the wastes, all in the name of peace-keeping.

Now that there's no more living residents in his Vault to look after though, Bill has come to call the wastes his new home, but his new home is brewing with democracy haters. Democracy haters who Bill must now preach the morals of Uncle Sam to, one bullet at a time.

Bill dons a suit of Vault 4 Security Armor with this mod, ready to bludgeon anyone who dares challenge democracy or law. And with that, this mod finally concludes the Vault 4 Dwellers survivor set. I hope you guys like it!

Includes first person arms, incap image, bile texture, melee attachment, and a neato glow-in-the-dark pipboy. Also supports face/hair/eye/beard reskins.
