Scapa Flow: Win for Warship

This Mod will divide the warships held by the defeated countries among the victorious countries after the peace conference. The greater the contribution in warfare, the greater the amount of warships be divided.
Inland countries will not be able to obtain naval vessels no matter how active they are. so let's try to get the coastal state if possible at the Peace Conference. Even if you get coastal state immediately before peace conference you can obtain a warship.
If popularity comes out and someone translates this Mod, this Mod will be in English version. And I will upload the Japanese version separately.


敗戦国が保有していた艦艇を講和会議後に戦勝国間で分配するModです。
戦争での貢献度が大きければ大きいほど分配される艦艇の量も多くなります。
内陸国はいくら活躍しても艦艇を得られません。なので講和会議では可能なら沿岸を手に入れるようにしましょう。直前の講和会議で沿岸を手に入れた場合でもセーフです。
一応注意として、講和会議で完全に併合されてしまった国の艦艇は奪うことができません。これは講和会議後に処理を行っているため、その時点で併合された国の艦艇は存在しないためです。もし今後アップデートで講和会議前に処理を行えるようになれば可能かもしれませんが、今のところは無理なようです。


敗戦した国が上昇させた国際緊張度をリセットできる機能が付いています。
下げ幅はカスタムゲームルールから5割・8割・10割の3パターンを選ぶことができます。
例[5割に設定・括弧の中はあげた国際緊張度です。]：ドイツ(80)がソ連(20)に敗北→国際緊張度は40減少
デフォルトではOFFになっているので、いらない人は無視して大丈夫です。
