LTV XC-142 (VTOL/STOL)

Description
The LTV XC-142
The Ling-Temco-Vought (LTV) XC-142 was a tri-service tiltwing experimental aircraft designed to investigate the operational suitability of vertical/short takeoff and landing (V/STOL) transports. An XC-142A first flew conventionally on 29 September 1964, and on 11 January 1965, it completed its first transitional flight by taking off vertically, changing to forward flight and finally landing vertically. Its service sponsors pulled out of the program one by one, and it eventually ended due to a lack of interest after demonstrating its capabilities successfully.

Of the five aircraft built, only one still survives.
XC-142A (AF Ser. No. 62-5924) is on display in the experimental aircraft hangar at the National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio. It was flown to the museum in 1970.

I'll fix it sometime soon maybe, depends on how I feel about it, glad you checked it out though!

Other than that, it's one of my favorite aircraft! There was a flying boat version being worked on by Vouvht, designated V-464, and a slightly longer version with a morepointed aircaft nose after the Navy backed out of the project. There was also the Canadair CL-84, which despite how easy it was to fly, no one bought.

It must be broken, because the pallets won't stay on the rils and kinda jist eject themselves out if they aren't free rolling.

This is probably broken honestly, it was built before they changed the electric and logic over subgrids, but it should have a button on it.
