Description
CLIMB MOUNT NARODNAIA
This series of scenarios is meant to simulate a Soviet invasion of Japan, after a joint Japanese-Korean-American fleet exercise is seen by the Soviets as a preparation for an attack against the motherland. These scenarios are not meant to be overly realistic, but instead are designed to mirror a campaign by the same name in Wargame: Red Dragon, with a few twists, edits, and additional content to make the missions more enjoyable and challenging. Have fun!
-All scenarios authored by Alejandro Reyes, aka Warhero101

Following the successful landings and capture of Gobo, the 390th Naval Infantry Regiment moves forward, brushing what meager resistance the Japanese can muster. Now, it lies outside the outskirts of Tottori, facing another Japanese line of defense. The plan is the same- wait for air and naval power to brush aside most of the enemy forces in the ground and continue with the steamroller.
South Korea has declared a state of war against the Soviet Union and has sent out a flotilla of missile boats and corvettes to meet the Communist invaders. Dozens of these ships have now met with a Japanese destroyer squadron, which is bearing up the coast of Japan, intent on slamming the coast with a wall of fire to wipe the Soviet naval infantry off the face of their country.
Operation Firebrand is showing its effectiveness, and the Japanese body count is already high. The last thing the Reds need right now is for their enemy to regain hope in a lost cause, as the now seemingly inevitable Japanese defeat can only now be painfully prolonged for everyone involved due to this new development. Task force Minsk proceeds with caution. It has been ordered to engage the enemy fleet in a frontal battle, the size of which will surely be recorded in history...

ACT FOUR: TOTTORI COAST WAR
Scenario Notes:
-Red Dragon's naval warfare was probably one of its let-downs, as the pulse-pounding action of ground and aerial combat just didn't translate well to modern seas. Here in Command, however, we can tell and experience the same story in a more powerful engine.
-At the cost of potential realism, I have chosen to have every single unit originally in Red Dragon's campaign present for this engagement. The result is two goliath fleets exchanging a massive amount of firepower. Enjoy!
