Craftable Necromancer Amulet (unenchanted)

Description
Adds a recipe to the forge under Jewelry for the necromancer amulet to enchant yourself if you didn't want the negative effects.

Should be compatable with anything. All that I did was add a forge recipe following the format of the others.

Update: I fixed the issue and it should now be enchantable.

can anyone tell me the auther of unenchanted amulets? dickweed just removed the mod without warning, so now i'm stuck having to spend hours.. maybe days reenchanting shit for several characters.

Amulet is not enchantable. I'm guessing, based upon the description above, that this is a mistake. I look forward to the update that corrects this oversight.
