Gull Rescue Boat MKII

This is an updated version of the Gull Rescue Boat. I wanted to leave the original as is because it uses only the parts available at the start of a survival game.

The MKII version adds:

Rear winch and connector
Deck lights
4 gear transmission (3 forward, 1 reverse)
Updated controls to allow easy operation from 3rd person view
Multi-function display (Speed in M/S, Fuel Consumption, Estimated range in km at current fuel and speed)
Master power switch

Transmission
The transmission lever ranges from -1 to 3.
When switching from first gear to reverse (or vice versa) stop in neutral and allow the clutch to disengage first. The transmission has a safeguard to prevent going straight from one to the other to avoid stalling the engine.
The clutch can still be disengaged manually with the button on the dash (clutch button must be on for transmission to work).

Third gear: 2.1 to 3 (Green light on dash)
Second gear : 1.1 to 2 (Yellow light on dash)
First Gear: 0.1 to 1 (No lights)
Neutral: 0 to -0.75 (Disengages clutch)
Reverse: -0.75 to -1 (Red light on dash)
